Watco Danish oil changed it’s ingredients and the older original oil is far superior in application and drying time than the new stuff. It will probably take two or three coats but if you get the color you want after the first coat then switch to the “neutral” color Danish oil for the successive coats. Maybe it would make it easier to get in any nooks and crannies but, how much of that is there.
